植物RNAウイルスの複製精度の制御機構を解明するための基盤的知見を得るため、植物RNAウイルスの感染植物内でのゲノムの多様性を比較解析した。オオバコモザイクウイルス(PlAMV)、ダイコンひだ葉モザイクウイルス(RaMV)など数多くの植物RNAウイルスの全塩基配列を決定した結果、PlAMVの分離株間の多様性が大きいこと、RaMVの分節ゲノム間で多様性が異なることなどを見出した

The precision of RNA replication in plants can be explained by the computer, and the results of plant RNA infection are much higher than those in plants. The number of RNA isolates in plants was higher than that in the control group (RaMV). The results were determined, and the results of PlAMV isolates were determined. The results showed that RaMV isolates were isolated from multiple plants, and RaMV isolates were isolated.
