Serach for New Targeted Molecules of Cancer Using Pharmacophore Method.

以植物资源中活性最强的黄酮类化合物为基础，构建了药效团三维模型。利用该模型对数据库进行检索，并对生物活性物质进行检测。在此基础上，建立了较好的药效团三维模型。从生物活性化合物的搜索中也获得了一些新的信息。

The pharmacophore three-dimentional model was constructed on the basis of the most active flavonoid obtained from plant resources. The database searches using this model and the assay on the biological active compounds were repeated. Based on these experimental results, the better pharmacophore three-dimentional model was reconstructed. Some new information was obtained from the searches for bioactive compounds, too.
