肺癌に対する抗癌剤であるGefitinibは、よく効く症例がある反面、まったくの無効例や重篤な副作用を発症する症例も多く、その奏効予測因子の同定が求められている。我々はEGFRのリン酸化がGefitinib感受性と高度に相関することを見出した。この知見に基づき、Gefitinib投与前にその奏功性をより簡便、迅速かつ正確に予測する診断法を確立した。

Gefitinib, the anti-cancer drug for lung cancer Ineffective cases, heavy duty, side effects, disease cases, many symptoms, effective prediction factors, same determination, and requirements. I am highly sensitive to EGFR acidification and Gefitinib sensitivity and have high correlation with it. It is easy and quick to know the basics of knowledge, and the performance of Gefitinib before administration is simple and rapid, and it is accurate and predictive, and the diagnostic method is established.
