浸潤性肺扁平上皮癌細胞の上皮間質転換における HMGA2の関与を蛋白ならびに mRNAレベルで示すと共に、HMGA2発現誘導における TGFβ系シグナルの関与とHMGA2発現扁平上皮癌細胞における発現低下遺伝子群( E-cadhelin、Plakoglobin、zonula-occuludens 1(zo-1)、GSK3)、発現亢進遺伝子群(N-cadhelin、Smad4、Snail、cyclin D1、MMP-3、MMP-14、Jagged-1、Ezrin、Aquaporin-5)を選別・検証した。

Epithelial-mesenchymal exchange of invasive lung squamous epithelial cancer cells, HMGA2 is related to the protein, mRNA is expressed, and HMGA2 is induced. The relationship between TGFβ and HMGA2 is low in squamous epithelial cancer cells (E-cadhelin, plakoglobin, zonula-occuludens). 1(zo-1), GSK3), N-cadhelin, Smad4, Snail, cyclin D1, MMP-3, MMP-14, Jagged-1, Ezrin, Aquaporin-5)をSelection・検证した.
