浸潤性肺扁平上皮癌細胞の上皮間質転換における HMGA2の関与を蛋白ならびに mRNAレベルで示すと共に、HMGA2発現誘導における TGFβ系シグナルの関与とHMGA2発現扁平上皮癌細胞における発現低下遺伝子群( E-cadhelin、Plakoglobin、zonula-occuludens 1(zo-1)、GSK3)、発現亢進遺伝子群(N-cadhelin、Smad4、Snail、cyclin D1、MMP-3、MMP-14、Jagged-1、Ezrin、Aquaporin-5)を選別・検証した。
