In the administrative archives written by GHQ/SCAP (General Headquarters, Supreme commander of Allied Powers), a few thousands of circular letters ,named "Daily Journal", of Public Health and Welfare Section existed. We analyzed them and selected the valid documents, named "Memorandum for Record", for studying the reform of the health care policy in Occupied Japan. We also reproduced the original texts to the digital documents as PDF files. We selected some topics and names of person on the "Memorandum for Record" and created hyperlinks to other documents of PHW.

在GHQ/SCAP（盟军最高司令部总司令部）撰写的行政档案中，存在着数千封名为“日报”的公共卫生和福利科的通函。本文通过对这些文件的分析，选取了有效的文件《备案备忘录》作为研究日本占领时期医疗保健政策改革的资料。我们还将原始文本复制为PDF文件的数字文档。我们在“记录备忘录”中选择了一些主题和人员姓名，并创建了与PHW其他文件的超链接。
