AMR治療を施行された肺癌患者35例の血液中薬物濃度測定を行い臨床効果と比較検討を行った。AMR投与後4日目の薬剤血漿濃度を測定することにより、その血液毒性が予測出来ること、また、その血液毒性の強さは薬剤血漿濃度とSigmoid相関がみられ、シスプラチンとの併用においてはAMRの血液毒性はSigmoid Emax Modelにおいて左方偏移することがわかった。また、AMR-OHのCut Off値を13.0ng/mlとすると陽性反応的中度、陰性反応的中度は91%と63%であり、毒性の予測が簡便になった。
