末梢血流動態を、非浸襲接触型プローブでレーザー組織血流計を用い測定した。測定値の安定性を検証するため、身体部位別・環境別に測定を行い、一般的に測定を行なう環境下での測定値は信頼できるとの結果となった。次に高エネルギー放射線照射を施行している患者に対し、照射野内末梢血流量測定と肉眼的皮膚反応の測定を行なった。その結果、放射線治療中の急性期の肉眼的皮膚反応と局所末梢血流量は相関する傾向がみられた。
