本研究では反芻と呼ばれるネガティブな体験を反復思考する認知パターンについて社会心理学的に検討した。本研究における第一の目的は、個人の反芻特性を測定するための反芻反応尺度や怒り反芻尺度について、日本語版を作成することであった。本研究の結果はそれらの十分な信頼性と妥当性を示している。第二の目的は、反芻特性が後悔や怒り情動に及ぼす影響とそのメカニズムについて検討することであった。実験の結果から、反芻特性は後悔情動や怒り情動を持続・昂進させることが示されたが、そのメカニズムとして仮定された帰属過程に及ぼす影響については明らかにされなかった。

This research is based on the investigation of social psychology in the cognitive context of ruminating and shouting and rethinking. The first objective of this study is to determine the rumination characteristics of individuals, and to establish the rumination scale of Japanese. The results of this study are very reliable and appropriate. Second, the rumination characteristics of regret, anger, emotion and influence. The result of the experiment is that the rumination characteristic is that the emotion of regret and anger is maintained, and the progress is displayed in the process of the experiment and the influence is displayed in the process of the experiment.
