项目摘要

保育者・小学校教諭の精神的健康悪化の要因の1つが共感疲労である。その共感疲労に影響する要因として反芻・省察が挙げられるが，我が国では反芻・省察が保育者・小学校教諭の共感疲労に影響するのかを確認する，体系的な研究は存在しない。また，共感疲労の蓄積及び反芻・省察の長期的な影響を示すためには，追跡調査が必要である。本研究は，保育者・小学校教諭，保育者養成・教員養成校学生の反芻・省察が共感疲労に与える影響の検討を目的とした縦断的調査を実施する。具体的には，研究期間内に，反芻が保育者・小学校教諭の共感疲労を高め，省察が共感疲労を低減するかを同一対象者に対し3年間にわたって調査する（研究1・WEB調査）。また，反芻が保育者養成校・教員養成校の学生の共感疲労を高め，省察が共感疲労を低減するかを同一対象者に対し3年間にわたって調査する（研究2・質問紙調査）。これまでに，これら1年目の調査を済ませ，研究1では現役の保育者・小学校教諭1318名（男性600名，女性718名），研究2では保育者養成校・教員養成校の学部1年生 76名（男性17名，女性59名）から回答を得て，分析を行った。その結果，研究１・2とも予測通り，反芻と共感疲労の間に，中程度の有意な正の相関がみられた。省察については，研究１・2とも予測に反し，共感疲労の得点との間に正の相関がみられたが，.30以下の低い相関であった。研究1の結果について2022年度に国際学会で発表済み，研究2の結果についても2023年度に国際学会で発表予定である。

Conservationists and primary schools teach the essential causes of mental health and transformation. The main causes of the common fatigue influence are rumination, inspection and observation, and the common fatigue influence influence of the primary school education is confirmed. The systematic research is not in existence. It is necessary to trace the accumulation of fatigue and rumination. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of primary school instruction, teacher training, and teacher training on the students 'rumination and self-examination. Specifically, during the study period, a survey was conducted to examine the high level of common fatigue among conservationists and primary school teachers, and to examine the low level of common fatigue among the same subjects over a 3-year period (Study 1·WEB Survey). A survey was conducted on the common sense of fatigue among the students in the nursery-training school and teacher-training school over a period of three years to examine the common sense of fatigue among the students in the nursery-training school and the teacher-training school. In this study, 1318 primary school teachers (600 males and 718 females) and 76 primary school teachers (17 males and 59 females) were recruited. The results of this study are as follows: 1. 2. The results of Study 1 are expected to be published in 2022 by the International Society, and the results of Study 2 are expected to be published in 2023 by the International Society.
