平成19年度はERP(ERP:Enterprise Resource Planning)導入プロジェクトの成功基準の特定を中心に下記の研究活動を実施した。(1)実務家やコンサルティング企業への聞き取り調査既存の成功要因研究を行った実務家やコンサルティング企業からERP導入プロジェクトの現状に関する聞き取り調査を行った。特に,コンサルティング企業はERP導入プロジェクトに関する多くの経験や独自のノウハウを有しており,ERP導入の各段階で適した技術的および人的支援が実施されていることが明らかとなった。(2)ユーザ企業への聞き取り調査本研究はERP導入プロジェクトの成功基準を特定することが目的であるため,ERPシステム稼働後5年が経過している企業を対象とし,2社に対して聞き取り調査を行った。この聞き取り調査よりプロジェクト成功にはパフォーマンス(計画された機能や性能)の充実度がプロジェクトの期間の長期化や費用の超過よりも重視されていることが明らかとなった。(3)聞き取り調査結果の集約上記の聞き取り調査を踏まえ,各ユーザ企業でのERP導入目的と導入決定時の戦略的課題およびERP導入後に達成できた目的と未達成である目的について考察し,ユーザ企業からの聞き取り調査で挙げられたパフォーマンスの内容として「データの一元管理」,「決算日程の短縮」,「経営情報のリアルタイム把握」,「業務プロセスの改革・改善(BPR)」の達成を基準とした。また,ERP導入の成否を決定するにはERPが本番稼働して以降の運用段階が重要であることも明らかとなった。したがって,運用段階における保守作業に関しても文献を中心としたレビューを行った。
