前年度に継続し、ある大手システム開発企業からデータの提供を受けた大規模なシステム開発プロジェクトに関して、プロジェクト開始前に確認されたリスク評価項目(リスク要因)とその評価内容が、同時にプロジェクトの開始前に見積もられた計画工数と最終的にプロジェクト完了時に実際に費やされた実績工数との差異(工数比)に及ぼす影響を把握するための定量分析をおこなった。昨年度に用いた潜在クラス回帰分析では、潜在クラスごとに強く影響する可能性が高いリスク因子を特定することで各潜在クラスのリスク構造の違いを明らかにしたが、分析対象としたシステム開発プロジェクトの約25%で分類された潜在クラスのリスク因子の特徴を適切に解釈できなかった。また、使用した潜在クラス回帰分析のモデルについても、パラメータの僅かな取り方の変化により異なる解釈が可能な分析結果が生じることもあり、モデル自体の不安定さの課題も残っていた。そのため、本年度は工数比だけではなく計画工期と実績工期との差異(工期比)も分析に加え、データに欠損値のない59のリスク要因について、269件のプロジェクトを対象にロジスティックス回帰分析を適用し、工数比および工期比に影響を及ぼすリスク要因の特定を試みた。ロジスティックス回帰分析からは工数比および工期比に対して正または負の影響を有する有意性のあるリスク要因が確認されたが、それらのリスク要因および各リスク要因が工数比および工期比に及ぼす影響についての解釈は、潜在クラス回帰分析での結果とは一致しない点も存在し、必ずしも本研究でのデータ分析に適した分析モデルのパラメータ選定には至ってない。他方で、これまでの潜在クラス回帰分析やロジスティックス回帰分析からは共通するリスク要因も確認され、システム開発プロジェクトでのリスク管理上、重要性の高いリスクの特徴を把握することには一定の成果を得ることができた。
