项目摘要

多くのERP導入プロジェクトが予定された期間・費用を超過し,期待通りの効果が得られていない。こうした中,多数のERP導入に関する成功要因(CSFs : Critical Success Factors)研究が行われている。しかしながら,それら既存研究は『ERP導入プロセスのどの段階で,どの要因が重要であるか』に着目した分析がなされていない。したがって,単に成功要因と考えられる活動や要因を抽出するだけではなく,ユーザ企業の視点からERP導入方法論に各成功要因を関連付けた分析が必要である。本研究は,標準的なERP導入方法論として『ユーザ主導の包括的ERP導入方法論』を構築・提案し,分類した各成功要因を対応付けることで,より有用性の高い成功要因研究を行うことが目的である。この分析にはアンケート調査を実施した。集計結果から,我が国製造業に関するERP導入プロジェクトの特徴として,(1)ERP導入期間は平均約2年であること,(2)プロジェクト成功にはパフォーマンスの達成が重要であること,(3)導入目的と達成率の順位は一致しないこと,(4)各ステージで協働したパートナー企業に違いがあること,(5)各フェーズで成功要因の重要性は異なること,の5点が明らかとなった。さらに,統計的分析の結果から,(1)我が国のERP導入プロジェクトでも既存研究で提示されている成功要因が重要な要因として認知されていること,(2)すべてのフェーズで成功要因すべてが一様に重要ではないこと,さらに(3)導入目的に対しても各フェーズで重要となる成功要因に違いがあること,が明らかとなった。以上より,本研究の結論として,各フェーズでユーザ企業による導入目的に適した成功要因と,各要因に関する活動およびプロジェクト管理がERP導入プロジェクトを成功させるために重要であることを指摘した。

Many ERP import projects are scheduled for a certain period of time and cost, and the expected results are obtained. In this paper, CSFs (Critical Success Factors) related to ERP introduction are studied. The existing research is focused on the analysis of ERP introduction and its key causes. The key success factors of ERP import methodology are analyzed from the perspective of enterprise. This study aims to construct, classify, and evaluate standard ERP introduction methodology, including ERP introduction methodology, and evaluate the usefulness of ERP introduction methodology. This analysis was carried out in the investigation. According to the results, the characteristics of ERP implementation in China's manufacturing industry are as follows: (1)ERP implementation period averages about 2 years;(2) ERP implementation success is important to achieve;(3) the order of implementation target and achievement rate is consistent;(4) the cooperation among enterprises is inconsistent;(5) The importance of each success factor is different. The results of statistical analysis are as follows: (1) Existing research on ERP import in China suggests that the success factors are important,(2) The success factors are important,(3) The import purpose is important, and the success factors are important. The conclusion of this study is that each of the key factors for successful ERP implementation is related to the activities and management of ERP implementation.
