Development and evaluation of a system for retrieving universal learning objects

To promote the sharing and reuse of open educational resources, a system for collecting metadata and using it for retrieval has been developed. The system uses metadata extended to describe more information such as rights and quality assurance. With the increase of metadata, search applications adapted to users or usage scenes are needed. To develop a number of such application systems efficiently, a generalized search module for learning object metadata was developed.
