Reproductive rights and the problem of a decrease in the number of children due to a lower birthrate.

造成日本全国出生率持续下降的主要因素之一是缺乏保障日本妇女生殖权利的社会基础设施。为了扭转这一恶化趋势，我们需要将“生殖安全”的概念应用到讨论中。近年来，女性出于各种原因选择不生孩子。一些人只是基于自己的意愿选择了没有孩子的生活，另一些人虽然想要孩子，但由于社会支持系统的不安全而不愿生育和抚养孩子。本文从生育权和生殖安全的角度出发，分析了女性不得不放弃生育的现状，并论证了需要采取哪些措施才能让女性无忧无虑地生育和抚养孩子。

One of the major factors causing continuous fall in the national birth rate is the lack of social infrastructures to secure women's reproductive rights in Japan. To reverse this worsening trend, we need to apply the concept of "Reproductive Security" to discussion. In recent years, women choose not to have a child for various reasons. Some just choose to have a life without children based on their own will, others are reluctant to give birth to and raise children due to insecure social support system although they desire to have a child. In this paper, from the point of view of reproductive rights and reproductive security, I analyze the current situation where women have to give up to have children and argue what measures are necessary so that women can have children and raise them without anxiety.
