2007年度は、証券市場の効率性と企業統治の関係を明らかにすることを目的として研究を行った。特に、IPO市場において、敵対的企業買収防衛措置がどのように評価されているのか否かを中心に研究を進めた。2008年度は、前年度の研究成果を踏まえて、各種の研究会で研究報告を行った。特に、東京証券取引所が、議決権種類株式に関する上場基準を制定したことを受けて、筆者のこれまでの研究成果から、同基準がどのように評価されるかを検討した。
