The Analysis of Legal Problems Caused By Diversification of Shareholders' Interests and Complexity of Shareholdings.

作为股东利益多元化引发的法律问题的具体例子，分析了上市公司披露虚假信息的责任和公司集团的规定。对于前者，笔者找到了上市公司责任既能有效补偿投资者损失又能有效遏制欺诈披露的条件。对于后者，我研究了美国、英国、德国和法国最近的公司集团监管环境。

As concrete examples of legal problems caused by diversification of shareholders' interests, I analyzed the liability of listed companies which disclosed fraudulent information and regulations of company groups. About the former, I found the conditions for the liability of listed company to effectively function either as the way of compensating the damages of investors or that of deterring the fraudulent disclosure. About the latter, I researched recent environments of regulations of company groups in US, UK, Germany and France.
