项目摘要

NPO が意欲的に農村地域における宅地開発に取り組んでいる富山市田園住宅開ヶ丘事業のケーススタディを通して、その際に導入される優良田園住宅の計画手法が地域コミュニティへもたらす影響と課題について、サステナビリティの観点から考察した。促進法は、農村地域のコミュニティ活性化を目指して施行されたものであが、より効果的な農村振興の実現へ向けては、多様な属性と世帯構成の入居者の定住を誘導する仕組みが必要である。
