本研究の目的である「集団意思決定における提携影響力の比較と評価に関する理論構築および応用研究の発展」の達成のために設定した(1)から(7)の研究目標のうち、本年度は(2)および(3)の項目に取り組み、主な成果として、以下の2点が得られた。第一に、項目(2)に関して、CPIの公理的特徴付けを行った。既に導入済みであった10の公理に加え、新たに1つの公理を導入し、blockability index、vjability indexおよびblockability viability indexについて、これらの公理のうちのいくつかを満たす唯一のCPIであることを示す証明を完成させた。CPIの公理的特徴付け完成させたことは、項目(4)の方法選択指針の確立にもつながる成果である。第二に、項目(3)に関して、relationとCPIの相互関係を明らかにした。具体的には、desirability relationを用いた比較により等しい力をもつ1主体提携はblockability indexの値が常に等しくなることを証明した。相互関係の解明は、個別の方法ごとに性質が調べられてきた本分のの研究に新たな視点を与える本研究独自の成果であり、方法選択指針の確立にもつながる成果である。上記2点の主たる成果に加え、項目(1)に関する研究を進めた。blockability viability indexには、blocking losing coalitionと呼ばれる提携のクラスに対して、すべて値1を割り当てるという性質がある。つまり、このクラスの提携が多い意思決定状況に対しては、blockability viability indexの有効性が低下してしまう。そこで、このクラスを差別化する新たなCPIの構築を模索した。具体的には、desirability relationの考え方を応用し、「どのくらいの提携を取り込めば勝利提携となれるか」という基準に基づいたCPIの可能性を検討した。この新たなCPIをthe blockability viability indexと組み合わせて用いれば、有効な提携評価を行えるシンプルゲームの幅が広がることが期待できる。
