项目摘要

本研究の目的は、集団意思決定における提携影響力の比較に関する理論を構築すること、および、理論を現実問題へ適用し、知見を獲得することである。この目的に照らして、本年度は、研究計画のうち、「比較方法の提案・特徴付け」「比較方法間の相互関係の解明」「比較方法の現実問題への適用」の3項目に主に取り組み、以下の3点の成果が得られた。第一に、coalition power index (CPI)の公理的特徴付けを進めた。既に導入済みであった2つの公理に加え、新たに8つの公理を導入し、5つのCPIそれぞれについて、計10の公理のどれを満たすかを調べた。CPIと公理の組50のうち、30組は満たし、20組は満たさないことがわかった。満たす30組には証明を与え、満たさない20組には反例を与えた。第二に、relationの包含関係、CPIの補完関係、およびCPIの一致性を明らかにした。具体的には、desirability relation、blockability relationおよびviability relationの間には一般的な包含関係がないこと、blockability indexとviability indexは補完的な関係となっていること、および、blockability indexを主体間の比較に制限したものはBanzhaf indexと一致することを証明した。相互関係の解明は、個別の方法ごとに性質が調べられてきた本分野の研究に新たな視点を与える本研究独自の成果である。第三に、CPIを用いた議会の分析を行った。具体的には、2010年12月時点の衆議院および参議院における与野党の影響力をblockability viability indexを用いて評価した。得られた数値が、当時の政治情勢に一定の説明を与えることを示した。本成果を国内学会「経営情報学会2011年秋季全国研究発表大会」で発表した。

The purpose of this study is to compare the influence of collective rational decision-making on theoretical construction, application and knowledge acquisition. This year, the following three results were achieved: the research plan, the proposal of comparative methods, the characteristics of comparative methods, the explanation of the relationship between comparative methods and the application of comparative methods. First, the axiomatic characteristics of the coalition power index (CPI). The political situation at that time was explained. This achievement was presented at the National Research and Development Conference of the Chinese Academy of Information Technology in Autumn 2011.
