项目摘要

本研究は、人口規模の異なる2地域を選定し、「在宅がん療養者に対する住民参加型生活支援システム」を手順通りに進め、2地域において「在宅がん療養者に対する住民参加型生活支援システム」の有効性を評価する研究であった。研究は3段階にわたり行うものである。第1段階：介入モデル地域の特性・関係者（stakeholder）に対する調査。第2段階：コアメンバーによるプロジェクト検討会の開催、計画。第3段階：プロジェクトの実施（住民への啓発、支援住民の養成、住民グループの組織化）当初より、行政の協力が得られるまでに時間を要したことに加えて、新型コロナウィルス感染症の流行の影響が3年にわたって続いたことで研究の中断を余儀なくされた。本研究の特色である、住民が集まること、住民が在宅療養者の生活スペースに赴いて支援を行うグループを組織する介入研究は中断したままとなった。研究の計画を立て直し、在宅がん療養者に住民が生活支援する上での期待と躊躇の変化をプロジェクトの評価指標として用いるために評価尺度を作成することを研究のゴールに修正した。地域特性に合わせて実施するためのガイドラインを作成する準備とともにベースとなる住民の意識調査とその分析をすることとし、令和4年度はフィールドとの調整を行った。実際のプロジェクトの展開は、新型コロナウィルス感染症の収束以降に行うこととしており、令和5年度に再開するめどがたった。
