This study suggested that for good masticatory performance, lingualized occlusion should be chosen in complete denture wearers who have many number of chewing before swallowing and/ or bad physical and social condition and/ or low satisfaction with their dentures, and fully balanced occlusion should be chosen in complete denture wearers who have good oral condition and/ or good psychological conditionAnd lingualized occlusion should be chosen in complete denture wearers who have bad oral condition for low Oral Health Impact Profile(OHIP) indexOral and general examination, physical and social examination and psychological examination are useful to choose occlusal scheme in complete denture wearers for good masticatory performance and improvement of Quality of Life
