看護学生の臨床能力を高めるために、学内実習、臨地実習に活用できる「呼吸器のフィジカルアセスメント」をテーマとした自己学習用PC教材を開発した。4年制大学の看護学1年生を対象に、予備調査5名、本調査7名の2段階で教材評価を行った。看護技術演習による評価と満足度調査の結果、本教材の全体的評価は良好といえ、一定の学習効果が明らかとなった。重点項目の理解を深めるためのビデオ映像、特に打診や聴診の音情報の改善・工夫が課題である。
