平成21年度は本研究のまとめ段階として、以下の内容で研究を進めた。(1)人格概念の系譜学的分析を継続して行った。(2)平成21年度の研究過程で明らかとなった、調査方法、研究方法の再検討の必要性、すなわち、教師の危機体験が社会状況の変化に大きな影響を受けざるをえないのであるとしたら、そのような影響をどのような因子として研究過程の中に位置づけるか、という課題であるが、ライフステージ論を展開する際の因子として位置づけることを断念し、別の影響因子として位置づけることとして、平成20年度に実施したインタビュー調査4件の再分析・検討を行った。(3)(2)の結果を踏まえてインタビュー調査を再開し、教師のライフヒストリー研究としてのインタビュー調査を幼稚園教諭に対して5件実施した。現在、この調査のテープ起こしおよび分析・検討を行っているが、まだ完成にはいたっていない。しかし、就業経験年数の長い幼稚園教諭の場合、ほとんどが女性であることから、特に出産、育児経験がそのキャリア形成に大きな影響を及ぼしていることが明らかとなってきた。自分の子どもを育てることと、教師として教育に携わることの関係を教師の人格形成の過程上の重要な因子として位置づけることは新たな視点の提起といえるであろう。上記研究経過により、平成21年度に予定していた学会発表、論文投稿等の成果発表までは至らなかったため、平成22年度に本研究の成果を発表する予定である。
