项目摘要

本研究の目的は、昨年度までの研究で作成した「高齢者看護の実践能力を高める教育支援方法」を療養型医療施設および介護老人保健施設に適用できるように検討することである。療養型医療施設1施設、介護老人保健施設1施設において、看護部門の教育担当者と検討した。検討内容を類似性に基づき分類した結果、教育支援方法の適用には、まずは教育支援システムの構築に向けた課題を整理する必要があることが明らかになった。療養型医療施設における教育支援システムの構築に向けた課題として、新任期教育、継続教育、就業支援の3つの点から検討が必要であることが明らかになった。具体的には、新任期教育として【看護基礎教育課程で修得した看護実践能力を活かす教育支援プログラムの整備】、継続教育として【療養型医療施設における継続教育プログラム、教育支援体制、充実・強化が必要なケアの検討】【職員間の連携・協働を促進する組織づくり】、就業支援として【適性、志向性をふまえた看護学生への就業支援】【社会の人々に対する療養型医療施設の就職に関する適切な知識の普及】が挙げられた。介護老人保健施設における教育支援システムの構築に向けた課題として、新任期の教育支援、現在の継続教育に関する課題が挙げられた。新任期の教育支援として【プリセプターの教育を含む新任期の看護師の教育支援プログラムの作成】、現在の継続教育に関する課題として【現行の看護職・介護職の継続教育プログラム、教育目標の検討】【クリニカルラダーにおける評価(内容・方法)の妥当性の検討】【看護研究への取り組みの強化】【職員全員で教育に取り組む組織づくり】が挙げられた。以上より、新任期の教育支援方法の適用には、上記の課題に取り組むこと、特に継続教育上の課題を同時に検討する必要性があることが示された。
