本研究は、母乳のアレルギ－疾患発症抑制効果について、多目的出生コホ－トの前方視的デ－タを用い、母親の育児内容（母乳か混合か）と、児のアレルギ－疾患（気管支喘息とアトピ－性皮膚炎に限定）との関連を検証することが目的であった。特に、母乳育児の期間とアレルギ－疾患の重症度に着目した検討を行い、本邦に根強く残る母乳神話の是非に1石を投じつつ、アレルギ－発症へのより具体的な超早期対策を講じることを目指した。最終的に、アレルギ－疾患の児と親を支えるサポ－トシステムに関した、母子保健領域への提言が期待された。前年度までの予備的調査では、①母乳のみ群　②混合群　③断乳群　における児の気管支喘息とアトピ－性皮膚炎の発症割合に有意差は見られなかった。また、生後14ヶ月と24ヶ月において、食物アレルギ－が認められた児の割合は③断乳群で有意に低い、といった結果が得られていた。2013年度は前年度同様に対象家族の追跡を行う予定であったが、研究代表者の移籍と被災地支援への専従に伴い、cohortの運営管理の継続が困難となった。この先、研究分担者によってdataのPC入力と入念なdata cleaningを終えることが出来れば、追加デ－タを用いた解析も可能かと想われる。

This study aims to investigate the effects of breast milk on development inhibition, the use of multi-purpose birth control, maternal fertility content (breast milk mixing), and the relationship between breast milk and development disorders (bronchial asthma) and sexual dermatitis. In particular, the duration of breastfeeding and the severity of the disease are closely related to the investigation, and the root cause of the breast milk myth is the right and wrong. The ultimate goal is to provide support for children and mothers in the field of maternal and child health care. The previous year's preliminary investigation showed that: ① breast milk group; ② mixed group; ③ weaning group; ② respiratory tract branch; ② asthma; ② dermatitis; ② spontaneous onset; ② intentional deviation. 14 months after birth, the food is lost, and the cut is lost. 3. The weaning group is intentionally lost, and the result is lost. In 2013, compared with the previous year, the tracking of target families was determined, the migration of research representatives and the management of disaster areas were difficult. This is the first time that research contributors have been able to analyze data from PC.
