项目摘要

本年度は昨年度から行ってきた協同実行機能課題に関する実験を継続すると同時に,成人の「心の理論」における作動記憶の役割に関する研究成果を英語論文にまとめた。また,新たな成人の「心の理論」課題も開発して国際学会で発表した。さらに,小学校で注意欠陥多動性障害(ADHD)児童の療育の実施とスーパーバイズを行い,共同研究者とともにADHD児童の社会的場面における実行機能の改善に焦点を当てたトレーニング課題を論文化する準備を進めてきた。実行機能は人間の目標志向行動を支える認知機能の総称であり,前頭葉にその脳機能が集中しているとされ,今まで数多の研究が行われてきたが,他者との協力場面における実行機能の働きについては検討されてこなかった。そこで,協同実行機能課題に関する研究では,他者との協力場面における実行機能の働きをコンピューターとの協力場面における実行機能の働きと比較することによって検討した。実験の結果,相手が人間のときのほうが自分の反応をうまく抑制できていることが判明し,対人状況での共感性が高い人ほど自分の反応のコントロールも十分にできていることがわかった。この結果は,対人協力状況における実行機能の働きが,従来調べられてきたコンピューターを相手にして1人で課題を遂行するときの実行機能の働きと異なる特徴を備えている可能性を示唆している。ADHDは実行機能の障害が原因だと広く考えられてきたため,実行機能課題を繰り返し訓練して注意制御能力の改善を実現した研究はいくつか存在する。しかし,注意制御能力が改善されても多動性や衝動性といった問題行動の改善が見られていない。そこで,上述の協同実行機能研究の知見を踏まえて,対人協力場面で実行機能を駆使する必要のあるトレーニング課題をADHD児童に実施し,行動制御能力の改善を試みる研究を行った。
