项目摘要

本研究の目的は、三国呉代の簡牘群である長沙走馬楼呉簡を基本資料とし、当時の地方財政システムを解明・復元すること、またその成果を、秦漢代の簡牘の研究から得られる当該時代の地方財政の諸相と比較検討し、地方財政史中に位置付けること、である。本年度は特に、銭や布帛等を集積する「庫」の財政について研究を進めた。まず、前年度より引き続き走馬楼呉簡の竹簡群の整理・分類およびデータベース化の作業を行なった。その成果に基づく検討により、以下の成果を得た。1「走馬楼呉簡所見庫関係簿与財政系統」では、庫に関連する各種の簿の構成を復元し、その中にみえる納入・搬出・移送等の財政システムを復元した。特に、吏民の賦税を受領する「庫」の他に、郡に関わる「西庫」が設置され、うち郡庫の物流には穀倉と同様「邸閣」が関与したことが明らかとなった。2「長沙走馬楼呉簡所見孫呉政権的地方財政機構」では、上記の庫に関わる財政システムと前年度に検討した穀倉の財政システムとを併せて検討し、資料中の財政システムの全体像を復元した。各々の物流について、郡県のみならずより上級の機構(「邸閣」・中央)の関与が明らかとなった。また穀倉の財政について、3「長沙走馬楼呉簡にみえる「貸米」と「種〓」」では、当時の地方穀倉による穀物貸与について検討した。食料目的の貸与と種籾目的の貸与の両種の存在が明らかとなったことは、唐代や古代日本、朝鮮半島における「出挙」制度の淵源の実例といえる。以上はいずれも学会発表を基に論文化したものであり、うち2の掲載雑誌は2010年中に発行予定である。
