This 3-years study has found that the introduction of the monetary system that made the copper coin a key currency had been closely connected with the construction of the Chinese-style capital, and historical details from which Fuhon(富本)coin was issued .In addition, the following some points were clarified. When Wado-kaichin(和同開珎)was issued , in order to increase the amount of coin issue while maintaining standard characteristics of coins , the maintenance of system of production and the improvement of the casting technology were attempted. The Silver Wado-kaichin(和同銀銭)had been issued to expel Plain-Silver- Coin(無文銀銭)that was precious metal coins. It brought understanding the article related to money spent documents record related to money from the 7th end of century to beginning of the 8th century as a series of monetary policy for established of the domestic currency. I got possible to understand the documents record from end of 7th century to beginning of the 8th century were a series of monetary policies for the fixation of the local currency that was nominal money.
