I investigated the bone and joint disorder in special support education school for mentally retarded children. The problems were mainly about posture,gait form and foot disorder. I instructed for teachers and parents about exercise and shoes. Children who carried out this program showed improvement of symptom.But the ratio who carried out this program was not so good . So I prepare the instruction manyual for teachers and parents to improve the carry out ratio.
