Sociological study of Occupational Mental Health

(1)我完成了关于日本职业心理健康史的论文。这些论文是从多方面组成的，为新的社会学主题提供了坚实的基础。(2)个性化理论是这一主题的基础。然后，我提出了一个翻译美国作家约翰·霍普金斯的《个性化》一书的项目。贝克(3)笔者与某县中小学教师协会合作，对该县中小学教师的心理健康状况进行了调查研究。我们实现了高收集率并分析了这些数据。

(1) I completed the papers about the history of occupational mental health in Japan. These papers are composed from many aspects and provide a sound basis for new sociological theme.(2) The theory of individualization is essential for this theme. Then I have advanced a project of translating a book, Individualization written by U. Beck.(3) I conducted a survey research on mental health of elementary and junior high school teachers in a prefecture in concert with their union. We achieved the high collection rate and have analyzed this data.
