Design of House Management Ability and Community Support for Prolonging a Housing Life-span & Disaster Mitigation

这项研究的目的是延长房屋的使用寿命，减轻灾害损失。对以下三点进行了调查：(1)家务劳动的性别是影响房屋管理、延长房屋寿命的原因之一。(2)居民有强烈的希望重建的倾向，即在房屋重建之前，他们会降低房屋的抗震能力。(3)在区域社会和学校的合作下，开展居民减灾教育。

This research was aimed to prolong a housing life-span and to mitigate disaster damage. It was investigated the following three points : (1) The gender of housework is one of the causes of disturbing the house management for prolonging a housing life-span. (2) The residents have a strong tendency to hope for rebuilding, whereby they are leaving the earthquake resistance of the house low until it is rebuilt. (3) The education program of disaster mitigation for residents is needed under the cooperation of the regional society and schools.
