Regulation of odorant receptor gene expression

为了研究小鼠嗅觉受体（OR）基因表达的分子机制，我们筛选了可能参与OR基因调控的转录因子，并通过转基因小鼠鉴定了启动子/增强子区域。我们发现了一些可能调控OR基因表达的候选因子。此外，我们还构建了转基因来鉴定调控区域或基因，并获得了一些转基因品系。

To study molecular mechanisms underlying odorant receptor (OR) gene expression in mice, we have screened transcription factors which might be involved in OR gene regulation, and have made transgenic mice to identify promoter/enhancer regions. We found a few candidate factors which may regulate OR gene expression. In addition, we have constructed transgenes to identify regulatory regions OR genes, and have obtained several transgenic lines.
