英文摘要
By adding appropriate concentration of TGF-β to cultured BEAS-2B cell, the cells exhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition, which were enhanced by addint TLR-ligands. To perform further experiments on EMT, induced pluripotent stem cells were established from patients with COPD and inducing type II pneumocytes from iPS cells is being tried.
