Role of brain derived neurotrophic factor in perirhinal neurons during visual object discrimination learning

众所周知，大脑的周围皮层对物体的记忆起着重要的作用。本研究提示毒蕈碱类乙酰胆碱受体在物体记忆的获得和保持中起重要作用。此外，嗅周皮层的脑源性神经营养因子可能在这一机制中起重要作用。

It is known that the perirhinal cortex in the brain plays some important roles on the memory for objects. This study suggested that muscarinic acetylcholine receptors would play important roles on acquirement and retention of the memory for objects. In addition, brain derived neurotrophic factor in the perirhinal cortex might play important roles on such mechanisms.
