1. Activeness and nutritional metabolism : All objects decreased weight and body fat percentages for one month after discharge. Activeness and nutritional metabolism were no substantial changes. 2. Psychological condition: They actually feel the restoration of strength and the successful management of symptoms in weight decrease. Especially They had confidence in life. Total gastrectomy patients will experience decreasing weight and various symptoms in a month after discharge. This study suggested the importance of fully covering their primary complaints on each occasion, and conducting feasible educational intervention depending on their ability to rebuild their lives.

1.活动与营养代谢：出院后1个月，所有受试者体重和体脂百分比均下降。活动力和营养代谢无实质性变化。2.心理状况：他们实际上感觉到力量的恢复和体重减轻症状的成功管理。尤其是他们对生活有信心。全胃切除术患者出院后一个月内会出现体重减轻和各种症状。这项研究表明，在每一个场合，充分涵盖他们的主要投诉，并根据他们重建生活的能力进行可行的教育干预的重要性。
