Findings from this study show that the high percentage of students has regular breakfast habit and indicate that the students with regular breakfast habit are more likely to be physically active, consume a balanced breakfast and have a healthy bowel movement pattern. The findings also show that the high school students have ample family support in that many bring lunch from home that are prepared by their parents. High percentage of students practicing family breakfast and dinner was another positive aspects found in this study.
