Integrated examination of the effects of general anesthetics on genomics, proteomics and metabolomics

采用基因组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学方法评价全身麻醉对大鼠体内基因表达、蛋白质表达和代谢物变化的影响。主要结果如下：(1)全身麻醉剂影响大脑生物钟基因表达，影响昼夜节律。(2)吸入麻醉对脑组织蛋白表达变化的影响大于静脉麻醉。(3)静脉麻醉对脑代谢的影响大于吸入麻醉。这些结果表明，有必要根据各个生物系统进行进一步的分子生物学检查。

The effects of general anesthetics on the changes of internal gene expression, protein expression and metabolites were evaluated by genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. The main results are as follows. (1) The general anesthetics affects the clock gene expression in the brain and influences circadian rhythm. (2) The inhalational anesthetic influences the change of protein expression in the brain more than intravenous anesthetic. (3) The intravenous anesthetic influences the brain metabolism more than inhalational anesthetic. These results suggested the need of the further molecular biologic examination according to the each biological system.
