Establishment of new periodontal basic treatment using antibiotics.

本研究的目的是比较全口SRP联合全身应用阿奇霉素(FM-SRP)一次(试验1)或分多次(试验2)与常规SRP(对照)的临床和细菌学效果。与对照组相比，两个试验组的所有临床参数都有改善。然而，两个试验组之间没有显著差异。对于两个试验组，直到24周才发现细菌的检测。然而，36周后，从6 mm以上的口袋中再次检测到细菌。对照组在治疗后持续进行细菌检测。这一结果表明，FM-SRP在一次或多次都表现出类似的效果。

The aim of this study was to compare clinically and bacteriologically the effects of full-mouth SRP in conjunction with systemically administrated azithromycin (FM-SRP)at one time(test-1) or divided into several times(test-2) with conventional SRP(control). All clinical parameters for the two tests groups improved in comparison with the control. However, there were no significant difference between two test groups. The detection of the bacteria was not recognized until 24 weeks for two test groups. However, the re-detection of the bacteria was recognized from beyond 6 mm pocket after 36 weeks. The detection of the bacteria was recognized continuously after treatment for the control group. This result suggested that the FM-SRP shows similar effect for either of one time or several times.
