Under graduate students(1-4) used rules as their own criteria on their class, simulation, nursing practice. Especially, fourth-year students can use several rules combined for nursing practice "Integrated Training".We advised students to apply same rule in some deferent cases on simulation or nursing practice at each time. As the results, we confirmed students use same rule under the deferent cases in their report. Therefore the strategy of spiral curriculum is considered effective of nursing practice. Then in thinking exercise for post-graduate nurses, we confirm adequacy of the tasks with in the worksheets. We also realize that they can require some criterion and extend them.

在研究生（1-4）使用规则作为自己的标准，他们的类，模拟，护理实践。特别是四年级学生可以将几种规则结合起来应用于护理实习“综合训练”，建议学生在模拟或实习中，每次在不同的情况下应用相同的规则。结果证实了学生在报告中的不同情况下使用相同的规则。因此认为螺旋式课程策略在护理实践中是行之有效的。在研究生护理思维训练中，我们通过训练中的任务确认了任务的充分性。我们还认识到，它们可以要求一些准则并扩展它们。
