项目摘要

20年度と21年度の研究成果をまとめながら、安徽省無形文化遺産として認定された「3月3覇王祭」について、2010年8月13～24日安徽省和県烏江鎮でインテンシブな人類学的現地調査を行い、行政側の担当者、学者、観光施設のスタッフ、地元の古老、一般の民衆、約40人の聞き取り調査を行った。今年度の研究成果は主として以下の3つにまとめることができる。(1)安徽省和県と覇王祠で継続調査を行い、和県政府が安徽省級の文化遺産である「3月3覇王祭」を国家級無形文化遺産に申請していることを確認し、それについて聞き取り調査と文献調査を行った。(2)中国側の研究者、浙江師範大学音楽学院院長郭克教授、安徽師範大学音楽学院院長王自東教授と大学院生の張旭、黄娟の協力を得て、これまでに調査ができなかった烏江鎮政府、地元の龍舞会、覇王祠とのかかわりが深い地元の知識人と会うことができて、貴重な話とともに、1920年代の覇王祠の写真と文献資料を入手することができた。(3)20年度、21年度と22年度の調査を総合的にみると、無形文化遺産の認定後、覇王祭の保存に関する民間団体(たとえば龍灯会)や知識人の意識が強まり、その関連活動も徐々に増えている。文化遺産に関する政府の制度化はある程度民間の文化自覚をもたらしたといえる一方、文化遺産の申請と運営が業績化される傾向がみられ、文化遺産の所有、実践、管理と解釈をめぐって県政府、鎮政府と地元の人々の間にはずれが生じている。現地調査の際に接した人々に日本の無形文化財の理念と実践、日本における項羽の表象を具体的に紹介し、互恵的人類学の現地調査を実践した。

Research results of 2010 - 2011: Intangible Cultural Heritage of Anhui Province was recognized as "March 3 King's Sacrifice"; Anthropological field investigation was conducted in Anhui Province and Wujiang Town from August 13 to 24, 2010, and administrative personnel, scholars, light designers, ancient geographers, general public, and about 40 people were involved in the investigation. This year's research results are mainly based on the following three aspects: (1)Anhui Province and the provincial government to Anhui Province cultural heritage,"March 3 Wang Festival" and national intangible cultural heritage application, confirmation, investigation and literature survey (2)Professor Guo Ke, Dean of School of Music of Zhejiang Normal University, Professor Wang Zidong, Dean of School of Music of Anhui Normal University, Zhang Xu and Huang Juan, college students, cooperated with each other to investigate Wujiang Town Government, Geo-Yuan Dragon Dance Association, Wang Ci and Deep Geo-Yuan Knowledge Association. The 1920s and the 1920s are the beginning of the literature. (3)20 In 2011, 2012 and 2013, the Ministry of Culture conducted a comprehensive survey on intangible cultural heritage, including the identification of intangible cultural heritage, the preservation of intangible cultural heritage, and the promotion of intellectual awareness and related activities. Cultural heritage related to the institutionalization of the government, the degree of civil cultural autonomy, the application of cultural heritage, the operation of performance, the ownership, implementation, management and solution of cultural heritage, the government, the town government and the people's life. The concept of intangible cultural property in Japan is implemented during the field investigation. The concept of intangible cultural property in Japan is introduced concretely. The anthropological field investigation of mutual interest is implemented.
