In this study, two kinds of information systems, that support making and keeping people's lifestyles healthy, were developed. One is a system that records whether users accomplished their health goals every day. Another is a system that enables users to record their behaviors by themselves and look back and think about what they have done, in order to recognize his lifestyle. Model experiments using each system were carried out on college students. As a result, although changes in lifestyle were not observed, health recognitions of the subjects were raised.

在这项研究中，开发了两种支持人们健康生活方式的信息系统。其中一个是记录用户每天是否完成健康目标的系统。另一个是一个系统，可以让用户自己记录自己的行为，并回顾和思考自己做过的事情，从而认识自己的生活方式。使用每个系统对大学生进行了模型实验。结果，虽然没有观察到生活方式的改变，但受试者的健康认知度有所提高。
