Comparative Analysis of the Governance and Management System between Japanese and European Standard Setting Consortium in Automotive BUS-System.

本研究以汽车嵌入式系统标准制定联盟的标准制定过程为例，掌握了日本和欧洲“开放式创新”活动的实际情况。通过调查，我们不仅可以了解产业联盟本身组成的企业之间的合作标准制定过程的差异，而且可以了解为实现该行业的创新而相互合作的各种联盟之间的合作标准制定过程的差异。

Our research grasp the actual state of the Japanese and European "open innovation" activities by means of dealing with, as a case study, the standard setting process of standard setting consortium in the automotive embedded-system. In our investigation, we could clarify the difference of cooperative standard setting processes amongst not only the firms which consist of the industrial consortia itself, but also the varieties of consortium which cooperate with each other in order to realize the innovation of that sector.
