The result of study of university students and working women revealed that the contents of disagreement on gender-role with others in daily life varied with one's gender egalitarianism. Whether the positive coping strategy for consensus-building was taken or not depended on the contents of disagreement and on the situation in which the disagreement occurred.

对大学生和职业女性的研究结果显示，在日常生活中与他人的性别角色分歧的内容随性别平等主义的不同而不同。是否采取了建立共识的积极应对策略取决于分歧的内容和分歧发生的情况。
