Multicultural Education in England; Cultural Hidden Curriculum in Primary School

The Early Year Foundation Course in multicultural circumstance in England was shed light on and the teacher-led curriculum with evaluation/understanding of children's learning based on elementalism was observed. In this curriculum, the teacher observed and interviewed valued to form the human abilities, such as human relationship skills and communication skills, for the children from different cultures and lower social and economic status, in particular. This study found that such formal discipline with teacher-led activities could strengthen the hidden function of cultural assimilation.
