In order to support student's school adjustment effectively, we made the college students who take a teacher-training course of health and physical education join in school life as the school supporters, and we aimed to establish the school adjustment support system by collaboration between the school education scenes and the college of education. Taking advantage of the specialty of health and physical education, the effects of support activity have been confirmed in broad areas such as children's learning activity, play, and so on. Moreover, we made some tentative plans about the training style which aimed at the organizational development among the school teachers, the university professors, and the college student supporters.

为了有效地支援学生的学校适应，本研究将修读健康与体育师范课程的大学生，以学校支援者的身份融入学校生活，并透过学校教育场景与教育学院的合作，建立学校适应支援系统。利用健康体育专业的特点，在幼儿学习活动、游戏等广泛领域证实了支持活动的效果，并对学校教师、大学教授、大学生支持者组织发展的培训方式进行了初步设想。
