An empirical research on the tourist attractions of the sport tourism which attracts foreign visitors

本研究的目的是通过调查，探索北海道体育旅游的旅游吸引力，把握北海道体育旅游动态，吸引国外游客。主要以欧洲、北美、亚洲、大洋洲来日本旅游的入境外国游客为向导，介绍北海道体育旅游的旅游景点。以北海道新雪谷地区访日外国人体育游客为对象进行调查。采用中、英文问卷对滑雪/单板的参与情况、技能与知识、装备与投资、生活方式、对滑雪/单板旅游的偏好、对新雪谷度假村的地点依恋、个人属性等进行数据收集。结果发现了国外滑雪者和雪域国家的体育旅游行为的真实情况。它通过了解新雪谷地区的现状进行了调查。本研究与国外滑雪者及雪域的访问趋势及实地调查结果进行了验证。

The purpose of this research is to conduct investigation for exploring the tourist attractions of the sport tourism which grasps the sport tourism dynamic state of Hokkaido and attracts foreign visitors. It focused on the inbound foreign visitors from Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania who has visited Japan as a guide in the tourist attractions of the sport tourism in Hokkaido. The visit-to-Japan foreigner sport tourist of the Hokkaido Niseko area was made applicable to investigation. Data was collected using the questionnaire in English/Chinese about participation of skiing/snowboard, skill and knowledge, equipment and investment, lifestyle, preference of skiing/snowboard travel, place attachment to the Niseko resort, and individual attribute. As a result, the realities of sport tourist behavior of foreign skiers & snowborders were found. And it investigated by hearing about the present state of the Niseko area. This research performed verification with the visit trend of foreign skiers & snowborders and the result of a field survey.
