Development of practical engineering education system for creativity by academic industrial alliance

在本研究中，我们开发了学习社会所需的实践创造力的工程教育体系。系统的特点如下：系统开发专家从事教育系统的设计和评估。(2)在教育系统中，学生参与公司实际执行的系统开发。(3)学生可以学习实用的系统开发技能。我们将该教育体系应用于大学课堂，并尝试对该体系进行持续的评估和改进。因此，我们能够实现高有效性的教育系统。

In this research, we developed the engineering education system for learning the practical creativity demanded in society. The feature of the system is as follows. (1) Systems development specialists are engaged in design and evaluation of the education system. (2) In the education system, students are engaged in the systems development actually performed in the company. (3) Students can learn practical systems development skills. We applied the education system to the university class, and tried to evaluate and improve the system continuously. As a result, we were able to realize the education system with high validity.
