Regional Variations in the Use of Interjections in Japanese

在日语方言中，有许多用作填充语（或感叹词）的表达方式。本研究收集了大坂、广岛和鹿儿岛方言的自然语篇数据，包括转录文本、标准日语译文和通知，并利用这些数据和其他已经收集的自然语篇数据，考察了日语方言中填充语的形式多样性及其地理分布。此外，我们还从语境和社会语言学的角度对日语方言中填充词的语义特征进行了初步分析。

There is a variety of expressions which are used as fillers(or interjections) in Japanese dialects. In this research, we compiled natural discourse data of the Osaka, Hiroshima and Kagoshima dialects including transcribed texts, translations in Standard Japanese and notifications, and by using the data and other natural discourse data which have been complied before, we surveyed the formal variety of the fillers in Japanese dialects and their geographical distribution. In addition, we made a preliminary analysis on the semantic characteristics of the fillers in Japanese dialects, focusing on the contextual and sociolinguistic factors.
