I studied the function and character of the land ledger in the Heian and Kamakura period. It became clear that the method of levy of tax differs from realistic land rule and the burden of a tax. The concept "shoen-koryo-system" cannot be denied from the fact that many tax burdens were intermingled, and it has validity from the viewpoint that the tax on the whole country(ikkoku-heikin-yaku) was materialized. But whether the concept has validity from the viewpoint realistic land rule has the necessity for reexamination.

我研究了平安时代和镰仓时代土地账本的功能和特征。很明显，税收的征收方法与现实的土地规则和税收负担不同。 “正园高令制”这一概念，从多种税负混杂的事实来看是不可否认的，从实现全国税收（ikkoku-heikin-yaku）这一观点来看，它是有效的。但从现实土地统治的角度来看，这一概念是否有效，有重新审视的必要。
