This study investigated theoretically and empirically the regulatory reform in the telecommunications industry by using behavioral economics approach. The price structure is calculated such that the price-cost margin is higher for NTT's relatively advantageous fixed-line Internet service and lower for NTT's relatively disadvantageous mobile phone service, both of which have the largest market shares in their respective markets.
本文运用行为经济学的方法对电信行业的监管改革进行了理论和实证研究。在价格结构的计算中，NTT相对有利的固网服务的价格成本利润率较高，而相对不利的移动电话服务的价格成本利润率较低，两者在各自的市场中都占有最大的市场份额。
